A good example of an original Art Deco standard lamp dating from the 1930s. It stands on an elegant hexagonal base with a faceted pillar and stepped art deco detailing. It is excellent quality veneered in a beautiful rich burr walnut.
It has been PAT Tested and rewired to modern standards with a standard bayonet bulb holder.
The lamp is in good original condition and the wood has been polished to show off the beautiful grain. There are some small marks and knocks around the base but nothing detrimental. The lamp is strong and sturdy and displays well.
