Description

A very good quality French mahogany antique mantel clock with boxwood string inlay and marquetry inlay to the front of the case with urn, swags and ribbon design. The case has a pagoda shaped top with carved floral motifs and two brass columns finished with brass bun feet.?

The clock has a silvered dial with Roman numerals and the retailers name - Elkington.

The movement is an eight day duration which strikes the hours and half hours on a gong. The back plate is stamped with the makers name -
