Description

A gorgeous genuine Art Deco necklace dating from the 1920s, which we can say with certainty because the piece is made of platinon - a rare and non-tarnishing metal alloy which was invented and used in that decade as a platinum substitute. The faceted glass stones are incredibly bright and clear as crystal and make for a really eyecatching piece.

The necklace is in very good antique condition; we've found no chips or cracks to any of the stones except a few little nibbles around the edges of the largest blue stone when seen under magnification.

Length: Approximately 16 inches (40cm), with a further two inch (5cm) drop for the pendant section.
