A handsome sterling silver card case with an all-over scrolled foliate engraved decoration and a large vacant shaped cartouche to the front which could be personalized by your silversmith if desired.

The hinge is in perfect working order and the lid fits well, opening and closing as it should. The case is hallmarked for Birmingham 1912 together with the makers initials RM over EH into a lozenge, for the renowned silversmith, Richard Martin & Ebenezer Hall -Martin, Hall & Co.

Excellent condition, perfect for holding modern day business cards; measuring 3 3/4" x 2 5/8".
