Antique George III Mahogany Bureau

An attractive antique George III mahogany bureau. The antique mahogany bureau has a fall front that opens to reveal a writing surface with fitted interior, consisting of eight pigeon holes, eight drawers and a central cupboard. The antique mahogany bureau has an arrangement of four long drawers, each with decorated brass swan neck handles, each with neat inlay. The bureau has a shaped apron, raised on bracket feet.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches to the top, sides and writing surface. There is further staining and fading to the writing surface, however, this does not affect the overall integrity of the piece. A lovely example of an antique George III mahogany bureau.
