HiI have for sale an F.W Elliott Ltd 14'' fusee dial clock dated 1941 with the RAF insignia at the top of the dial and the sector markings in blue red & yellow the clock is in as found condition in a shed in Tangmere West Sussex and purchased by me at Ford boot/antiques fair, this is one of the most original examples I have seen and I would recommended leaving the dial and movement as is but that is up to the new owner.The clockThe clock is an RAF operations room clock with a solid Mahogany wood frame and dovetailed back box with the original doors, with the bottom door that shuts but the lock and key are missing. All that I have done since owning it is to run it, it is in original condition never played with having the painted black solid cast brass bezel.The bezel is cast brass and has the original catches it has been painted black.The movement is clean I serviced it and it is running really strong , I think this clock has never been messed with since 1941.T...
