Dates exactly to 1900.
Condition: The silver plate is in excellent, intact order with no rubbing. There are scratches to the bed of the tray (please see photos) but none visible/noticeable elsewhere, to the gadrooned gallery border and handle area. There are no dints, dents, bends or pitting. It sits completely flat as is should and has been cleaned and polished to a nice shine.
