A fine and rare early 18th century Portuguese Commode with expertly carved serpentine drawer fronts to the three long drawers, original hand forged , Brass handles and escutcheons. The sides carved with shallow scrolling acanthus , below a carved lunette edge to the top, supported on carved acanthus scroll feet.
A genuine antique commode, of good colour, some signs of wear commensurate with its age.
