A Pair of Early C20th Japanned Tub Chairs

1900 - 1920
Description

A lovely Pair of Early C20th Japanned Tub Chairs in The Georgian style. The ebonised frame has pretty gilded detailing. Standing on gilded cariole legs with nicely carved 'claw and Ball feet to the front and sweeping sabre legs to its back. Upholstered in a deep red velour, we can offer reupholstery in your own choice of fabric at cost. We have a similar duet stool or window seat also available in last photo. This would make a nice set for a lounge or bedroom. Seat height 48cm.
