Near Pair Of Very Large Pewter Communion Flagons / Jugs 1845

This very fine near pair of pewter communion flagons are of good heavy quality and large proportions. Both engraved for ''Free Church Cartsdyke 1845''. Bearing no makers marks but with beautiful patination. The only variation is that one of the thumb pieces has been replaced - please see photographs.
Overall in very good condition with no dents or splits. One is in excellent condition, the other having the replacement thumb piece.
Each flagon weighs approx 1.8kg.
