A fine early 18th Century Oak Lowboy of outstanding golden colour, in superb original condition. The handles are original apart from the left hand drawer, although it is a period handle and looks like its been in place for many years, in fact the pommels are the same as the others. A well drawn piece, transitional in design between George I and Queen Anne having Walnut cross banding to the top with caddy mould, lip mould to the drawer front and beautifully cut Queen Anne legs. Having good clean original Oak drawer linings.
