Low Revolving Inlaid Coffee Table C.1900

1900 - 1920
Description

Unusual inlaid mahogany coffee table c.1910. Just 23" tall, ideal as a coffee table beside a chair. 27" diameter top inlaid with a lovely marquetry work border of plants and flowers and with a brass edge moulding. Further inlaid stringing and another brass moulding to the apron. Revolving on a flared hexagonal pedestal with alternating inlaid decoration of flowering plants to each side. Raised on a tripod plinth with inlaid stringing and acanthus roundels. Some minor wear to the veneers, generally very good condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
