Super quality and very stylish late Regency to William IV (circa 1822 to 1844) fold over games side table by Miles & Edward’s of 134 Oxford Street, London…article number 11359.
Elegant and simple in its form with the turned pedestal base and oblong hinged top, opens up to give you the vintage green baize.
Great decor piece for use as a console table, side lamp table, and even better if you play a bit of bridge or poker!
The condition is good, it stands solid and has been well cleaned and beeswax polished. There is some marking to the green baize as shown.
Henry Miles and John Edwards were working together between 1822 until 1844 where they made fine furniture for important customers including the Empress of Russia and the British Ambassador in Paris.
