Gillers Antiques Ltd has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.

The creamer and trivet are by Lenox, USA, both marked "sterling", dating to c.1900's.
The teapot is British, most likely Wedgwood. The sterling mount of the teapot is made by Ernest Lloyd Lawrence and assayed for London, 1910.

stand - 15 cm diameter, 1.5 cm height
creamer - 6.5 cm tall, 9 cm diameter, 12 cm at widest point
Good antique condition. Repair to teapot handle, lid and tip of spout; small split to silver on teapot below handle; scratches to teapot base; chips missing off teapot lid; stand has scratches and small losses to silver overlay.
