A fine and impressive antique 18 carat yellow gold and platinum ladies fob watch chain; part of our diverse antique chains collection.

This fine and impressive antique chain has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold and platinum.

The chain consists of alternating segments of 18ct yellow gold and platinum curb links; the inclusion of platinum links indicates the high quality of the piece.

The curb chain is fitted to one side with a spring-loaded bolt ring clasp, and to the other with a swivel clasp.

The swivel clasp is hallmarked with the 18ct gold fineness mark (18c) and the maker's mark (WHW Ld) and the watch chain has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 carat gold and platinum.

By virtue of its length, this impressive and versatile ladies fob chain may be utilised as a watch or fob chain, in addition to being worn as a necklace or alternatively wrapped twice around the wrist to be worn as a bracelet.

This antique lady's fob chain is excellent quality and an excellent gauge of gold and platinum.

The chain is in excellent condition, with clear hallmarks to the swivel clasp.
