Mytton Antiques - Jerrard Nares has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The octagonal rim with a finely reed edge, set with a conch shell to each corner. The rim with a concave inner edge, surrounding the flat centre. The salver raised up on bracket feet with cast dolphin facings.
Hallmarked for Walker and Hall, Sheffield 1933.
