A fine quality Victorian, small fusee mantel clock. A Belgian slate case surmounted by a gilt finial. A high quality 8-day duration fusee mechanism of large proportions, signed to the backplate. A precision, heavy pendulum with fine adjustment. A pendulum transportation lock. An enamel dial signed by makers ''Barraud & Lunds Cornhill London. Circa 1850.
 
The company was founded by the eminent chronometer maker Paul Philip Barraud at Cornhill, London C.1795. They changed their name to Barraud & Lunds in 1838 when John Richard Lund became a partner. They are noted makers for their high-quality chronometers, pocket watches and clocks.
