The 19th century Celery Vase, with an outswept and scalloped rim, the scallops falling to meet the rising reeds of the shaped body.

The body sweeping into a knop stem, and thence a circular foot.

The underside with a pontil base.

Height 9 3/4 inches, 25cm.

Diameter 5 3/4 inches, 14.5cm.
