This is an excellent, Edwardian silver mustard pot by Edward John and Noble Haseler, Chester, 1911. Oval in form, this piece is in the Georgian style and refreshingly plain. Having a raised lid with an Adams-style finial, it is a quality item from this renowned workshop and made from a good gauge of silver. It has its original cobalt blue, glass liner. With no damage to either the glass or the silver and no repairs or losses, this mustard pot is in excellent antique condition, with very minimal signs of use. The hinge is strong. The liner fits snugly. The hallmarks, on both the base and the lid are exceptionally clear. In all, a lovely item. [Please note that there are some reflections in the images.)
