Regency Tortoiseshell & Leather Bag.

Description

This is a double sided 19th century tortoiseshell and gold tooled leather bag with cut steel clasps on both sides and a steel handle. The gold tooling is in great condition as is the bag. Both clasps work well. The only signs of any real wear is in the middle pocket between the two sides which I think is probably insect damage clearly shown in the last photograph.
