The watch has a Swiss 15-jewel hand-winding movement, signed Helvetia, which is working nicely. This is the in-house calibre 82c movement which was first introduced in the mid 1940s.

The watch measures 36mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is gold plated while the case back is stainless steel. There is a little rubbing to the plate but not too detrimental.

The lens is in lovely condition.
The signed dial has handsome original hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
