Art Nouveau silver gilt pendant by Levinger & Bissinger attributed to Otto Prutscher, Germany c1900. Note this design, inverted as a brooch is illustrated in Art Nouveau Jewellery from Pforzheim by Fritz Falk on page 234 where it is attributed to Prutscher.
