A Pair of Arts and Crafts or Jugendstil Plaques Circa 1900. Depicting young farm workers. The metal relief in mosaic form with painted polychrome on a gilt background. Probably Continental from Austria or Germany. This theme was often used by the Austrian ceramicist Ernest Wahliss (1837-1900). Wonderfull pieces of decorative art.
