A Gorgeous Charles Horner Silver & Amethyst Brooch

1900 - 1920
Description

A gorgeous silver brooch by the collectable silversmith - Charles Horner. This lovely Edwardian example is fully hallmarked for Chester 1908. The silver is styled in the Art Nouveau taste, with sweeping sinuous lines and is set with a wonderful facet cut Amethyst paste stone in a claw mount. The Amethyst sparkles in the light and the brooch is secured via a pin and C clasp. A pretty example, making a good gift idea, being wearable today and a great addition to any collection. Dimensions below.
