Large Antique Royal Dux Porcelain Art Nouveau Maiden Centrepiece Figurine

1900 - 1920
Description

A Lovely Example of a Large Antique Royal Dux Porcelain Art Nouveau Maiden Figurine. Very elegant and statuesque the young fisherwoman standing on a rocky outcrop flanked by large conch shells, carrying her net with fish enclosed. Pink triangle to the base, stamped with the early "E" acorn with the makers marks 1091 and 8.

Overall is overall in very good condition. Fingers, toes and facial features are all intact but there is a hairline crack across the base and then to the back of the figure for about 8cm as per the photos. We have had this in our bathroom for a few years now with handmade French soap in the shells and its a nice feature.
