With its original balance bracket still in place. This example would have been accompanied by other political leaders of the time, placed in a row and the public would have had the opportunity to throw wooden/sand filled balls at them in amusement at a fairground stall of sorts. Benito Mussolini was an Italian nationalist and the founder of Italian Fascism. He ruled Italy from 1922�1925 as Prime Minister, and from 1925�1943 as il Duce, the Fascist dictator.
