Antique Early 18th Century Provincial Oak Settle

A well presented antique early 18th century provincial oak settle. The antique oak settle has a panelled backrest, with decorative carvings. The antique settle has shaped open armrests, with a solid oak hinged seat, dressed with a lovely red velvet cushion. The seat opens to reveal a spacious storage space below. Raised on bracket feet with a beautifully carved apron. Rich colour and wonderful detailing throughout.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches to the back, seat and arms. The antique early 18th Century Provincial oak settle remains structurally solid and sound. A great example of its kind.
