Imposing large French (?) bronze of a panther climbing a tree, both the leopard and the rotting tree trunk realistically and beautifully modelled. On a marble base (30cm diameter). Unsigned but obviously by a master craftsman. Measures 56cm long x 27cm wide x 37.5cm high, weight 15.75kg.
Superb condition – would make a striking centrepiece.
