Large Mahogany Antique Victorian Sideboard by Robson & Sons
This Large, late 19th Century Mahogany Antique Victorian Sideboard is stamped by the renowned cabinet makers Robson & Sons and dates from ca.1900. It is of superb quality, with a brass gallery above a bow fronted top and two working drawers and cupboard. The cupboard interior has a sliding drawer with divides for storing wine bottles. All the drawers have beautiful inlay banding around the edges and original brass handles. This quality antique sideboard stands on six tapering legs with spade feet. The Mahogany has aged to a warm rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax polishing.
