Born Circa 1715.
Vaughan Dated some of his Clocks. This one is 1782 and must have been one of the last Clocks made by him. It is also a New Find as Previously Know Dated Clocks were between 1747 and 1780. Eg. 1747, 1749, 1759, 1760 and 1780.

There was also a Charles Vaughan (II) of Pontypool circa 1766 - Possibly his Son or a Nephew.
Approx Height 78.5in or 199.50cm, Width 55cm, Depth 29cm.
The 8 Day Movement has been Checked, Serviced & Tested to be in Good and Full Antique Working Order.
