A handsome and excellent quality antique Victorian music cabinet in Mahogany inlaid with satinwood dating from circa 1895. Having shaped tray top above open shelf and 5 satinwood cross-banded drawers, all fitted with stylish brass drop handles, standing on elegant shaped legs united by apron. The drawers drop down when opened to allow sheet music/papers to be stored. A really stylish piece in an Art Nouveau/Arts and Crafts influenced design it is a useful item that would make a great music cabinet, collectors chest, filing cabinet or hall unit. With Label to back which reads: "Bird & Raine House Furnishers Moseley nr Birmingham".
