19th C Silver & Glass Hip Flask

Description

A 19th Century Hip Flask with an orb cover rotating on a bayonet catch to open and close. The lid hinged on a neck collar, over the rounded shoulders of the glass body. The lower body with a slide off cup. The cup with a rounded rim, the lower side rounding to a flat oval foot rim.

Hallmarked for Samuel Morden, London 1896.
