Description

These strikingly beautiful sterling silver ear clips are a rare find by the Norwegian jewellery firm Andresen & Scheinpflug. The earrings have been enamelled using the guilloche technique - a pattern of silver dragon scales has been mechanically engraved into each earring before the application of the enamel, meaning that the scales shine through the glass surface as they catch the light. The enamel itself is incredible, a vibrant royal blue, in perfect condition with no chips or cracks.

Stamped on the reverse with 925S and the TYA maker's mark.

The earrings are in excellent vintage condition with clips in good working order. Slightly tarnished on the back.
