A very impressive fine quality 19th century Chinese Canton / rose medallion vase, having the classical white and green foliate ground, gilded dog of faux handles to either side with Lizards beneath. Inset painted panels depicting classical Chinese scenes of Geisha girls, courtiers, scholars and warriors on horse back. Measures: 89cm (35'').
