A good pair of 19th century Black Forest carved wood nut crackers in the form of a jovial man''s head, wearing a pointed hat, it is hinged at the jaw so nuts may be cracked in his mouth. This beautifully carved Black Forest nut cracker is in excellent overall condition measuring 8 ½ inches in length.
