Description

A pair of 19th century Sèvres style lidded urns adorned with floral motifs and patterns. The urn-shaped vases feature gilt moulded handles and vibrant floral sprays, creating a visually impressive twin-handled lidded urn set.

The main body ground is a delicate pale pink, complemented by exquisite hand-painted floral and foliage details. Ornate gilt detailing enhances both the main body and lid, and the tureens rest elegantly on square plinths.

The painted design features harps on one side and shields with rapiers on the other, symbolising that a true gentleman pursues martial as well as fine arts.
