Description

Antique Lancashire Watch Co pocket watch.

The watch has stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed Lancashire Watch Co Ltd, Prescot, England, and it is all protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is the gold plated Star model from the Dennison Watch Case Company, a prolific manufacturer of cases for various watch makers. There is some rubbing to the sides of the case, and unevenness to the case back.

The glass lens is in good condition.

The dial is in lovely condition with original hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
