Description

Set of Six Antique Victorian Oak & Elm Country Chairs and dating from around 1880. Constructed from solid oak and elm they have a curved and shaped top rail above turned spindle supports and a solid elm seat . They are raised on ring turned legs joined by a turned H stretcher. The two elbow chairs are the same but with outsplayed armrests on turned supports.

CARVERS MEASURE : 35.5” HIGH X 19” DEEP X 21” WIDE

CHAIRS MEASURE : 33” HIGH X 18” DEEP X 18” WIDE & ALL SEAT HEIGHTS 17”

With a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
