A quality Edwardian era silver christening mug with clear hallmarks for London 1902 and makers mark for renowned silversmiths William Hutton & Sons. The mug has a good gauge of silver and an impactful design with a gadrooned lower half, plain upper half, set on a circular base. The handle is a plain hoop in proportion to the mug. The mug is sumptuously gilt lined, thickly applied, and this is a mark of high quality. In excellent condition.
