A rare and unusual superb quality late 19th century (circa 1890) Arts & Crafts oak centre table of reuleaux triangle form with marble top, possibly American.This table consists of a shaped triangular (or reuleaux triangle shaped) white veined marble top, not original, with moulded edge, this supported by a recessed top with egg and dart carved decoration and a moulded edge below.This leads down to a decorative carved tri-form base consisting of a central carved baluster column with shaped and moulded supports with applied paterae, the three shaped and moulded legs with carved husk decoration terminating with three carved acanthus and paw feet.
