This extravagant ring bears a rectangular black onyx panel with a brilliant cut diamond in its centre, for approximately 0.43ct. A trefoil design is both above and below the diamond, which adds dimension and flair to the design.
The onyx has a fine beaded edge of white metal which joins to polished solid walls. The shoulders feature a white metal engraved navette to both sides, which leads into a plain band towards the back of the ring.
This ring, circa 1920-1940 is stamped for 9ct to the band and 18ct to the back panel. It is in good condition with light marks commensurate with age.
