Status: This item has been sold
Sold by: Daniel Clark Furniture

Circa 1880, this is an excellent quality chest of drawers. This double Wellington chest is constructed with carved oak and has chamfer panel construction on the sides. With a three plank top and finely detailed carved gallery. The drawers are graduated, they gradually increase in size, with the top drawer measuring a useable height of 8 cm, whereas the bottom row has a height of 20.8 cm. The two flaps open on each side, originally this would have had a key to lock but we do not have this. There are ten drawers in total.
