An excellent pair of Regency Old Sheffield Plated Wine Coasters. The central boss on each is hallmarked silver. The marks are rubbed but are possibly for James Dixon & Son c1830.
The fruiting vine borders top well-shaped bodies surrounding draught turned bases. Each base is centred by a hallmarked armorial roundel.
In terms of condition, overall good. There is a hairline crack on the outside of one of the coasters, not casually visible to the eye but it can be felt.
