Antique Early Georgian Joined Oak Coffer Chest C1720

Description

Superb antique george 1st oak coffer and dating form aorund 1720. It has a two plank top with moulded edge above four fielded panels with brass escutcheon and standing on stile feet. It has panelled sides and original rough hewn panelled back. It is hand and peg joined.

Measures: 30" high X 20" deep X 52" wide

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the oak oozing the charm and character of the early georgian oak period.
