A superb pair of 18thc brass and steel herb choppers...these would have been used in the Manor / Farmhouse kitchen and are of the finest quality you can buy....the shaped blade is still sharp after all these years of use..! The handle has an attractive shape and fits well into the hand...these early pieces of kitchenalia are getting very hard to find, so really nice to have a true pair....both in very good condition.
