Antique Metalware 18thc Queen Anne Single Brass Candlestick. English C1710-15

A very good example of an early 18thc Queen Anne single brass candlestick....it is of the quality you would expect to find on a silver example from this date, but in brass they are very much harder to find...... it stands on a raised wide hexagonal (six sided) base and has a large elongated central ''tear drop'' knop..... finished off with an attractive shaped candle socket....it is of seamed construction and in excellent condition with a natural colour from years of use.
English. C1710-15.
