Description

1930s Equity Watch Co pocket watch.

The watch has a seven jewel stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed Equity Watch Co, Boston, USA, a trade name on pocket watch movements manufactured for Equity by the American Waltham Watch Company. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and it is in lovely condition, just a couple of little marks to the back but nothing serious at all. The back of the watch has the beautifully ornate initials PGC.

The glass lens is in lovely condition.

The dial is in lovely condition with blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
