Lovely pair of simple forged iron beds originating from Portugal. Pretty detail in head boards of forged iron scrolls and central cast decorative flower. The beds have had side rails checked for good fit strengthened and adapted to support wood slats. Suitable for standard single mattress 90 x 190cm.
Frames have been shot blasted and primed prior to hand painted finish in Little Greene paint company Light Bronze Green with a touch of Middle Buff, this colour combination gives a lovely warming tone to the bed. The beds can be joined to make occasional use super king size width bed. This can be very useful for guest rooms and holiday houses. We can supply zipped mattresses at this size if required.
