Description

A cheerful oak and mahogany painted dial welsh longcase clock; with swan neck pediment above double turned pillars flanking a colourfully paintedwith doves of peace to the arches and ladies of the seasons to the spandrels. The rolling moon with matirime scene and moon face, inner date and seconds apeture. Movement running and keeping time striking the hours moon doesnt move appears unengaged. The case crossbanded with key and half columns either side the door. The base with recessed panel, solid timber sides and back, stood on bracket feet. General usage wear as per photos, overal clean little clock. Bought privately.
