This high quality cupboard features an extremely well carved ornate moulded rear up-stand on top of the tables solid Walnut moulded top. The cupboard features reeded columns either side of the door embellished with carvings to the top. The beautifully ornate Walnut fielded panel door features the most ornate carvings to the top centre panel framed with mouldings. The cupboard door also features is lovely original brass dropper turn handle which operates its original slam latch. Turning the handle and opening the door reveals a large storage compartment divided in the centre with 1 removable solid Walnut shelf. The cabinet stands on a slender moulded platform going to 4 moulded square tapering legs with a shaped rail between each.

This cupboard is in an outstanding condition featuring its original idyllic beautiful lightly faded glazed french polished finish with a lovely rich Walnut colour. We have carefully cleaned and waxed this cupboard, maintaining its original patina whilst giving a lovely natural sheen.

Please note; This item is in fantastic condition for its age as shown by the photographs. Being an antique item of this age there are obviously marks, scratches and dents. However, we feel that these points are which adds to its charm and character to a piece.
